
Ingredients
- 4 fresh or frozen blackberries, thawed
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon Lincoln County Reserve 100% Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 lime wedge
- 1/4 cup club soda, chilled
- 1-1/2 ounces light rum
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup ice cubes
Directions
- In a glass, muddle the blackberries and mint with maple syrup. Squeeze lime wedge into the glass. Stir in club soda and rum. Strain into a chilled glass; serve with ice.
