
Ingredients
- 2 (15-oz.) cans pumpkin
- 1 1/4 cups Lincoln County Reserve Maple Syrup
- 2/3 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions
Stir together all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high. Reduce heat to medium-low, and partially cover; cook, stirring often with a rubber spatula, until mixture has thickened and darkened in color, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat; uncover and let stand 1 hour.
