
This dressing is really good on any salad – especially salads with chicken or shrimp! It’s also a great marinade for pork tenderloin!
Ingredients
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup Lincoln County Reserve 100% Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- Place vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper into a blender. Pulse to combine, then add the olive oil in a steady stream with the motor running.
