- 2 ounces rye (100 proof preferred) – Distillery 291 Small Batch Colorado Rye Whiskey
- 1 teaspoon Lincoln County Reserve 100% Pure Maple Syrup
- ¼ teaspoon sherry vinegar
- Garnish: dried apricot on a cocktail pick (optional)
